What a gift can do

Four ways to put it to work.

  • A skill for a young person

Support a trainee in our Construction School and the skills that go with a first job.

  • A start for a woman

Back money skills and fair access to savings and credit for women who have been left outside the system.

  • A child kept in school

Help a family keep a child learning when money and distance threaten to end it.

  • Wherever it is needed most

Let us put your gift where the need is greatest right now, and tell you where it went.

We will tell you exactly what your gift covers before you commit, and we will keep you informed afterwards.

Questions

Before you give.

Can I choose what my gift supports?

Yes. You can point it at a focus area, at the Construction School project, or leave it to us to use where the need is greatest. Tell us which and we will confirm in writing.

Can my company or group give?

Of course. Organisations can give money or goods and can also partner with us on a project. Start a conversation from the Get involved page.

Can I give from outside Uganda?

Yes. Write to us and we will tell you the best way to give from where you are.

Will I hear how my gift was used?

That is our commitment. We will agree with you at the start how and when we will report back.

Prefer to talk first?

We are happy to answer questions before you give anything.
